#ToughTalk: Racism + Colorism in the "Empowered" Community

It's about time we had an honest conversation, don't you think? We can all say we are for women empowerment, but the division within our own empowered community is still heavy. Time to address these things as women, with all perspectives, in a safe space. Come take part in the conversation!

#ToughTalk is a Fuse Her Fly series created to address issues within our community, as women, that are standing in the way of allowing us to truly UNITE! Our mission is to push all women forward to excel in their business/entrepreneurial journey through connection and collaboration, but this mission is often halted by issues within ourselves, our cultures, or our lack of understanding towards those who are different.

We are curating intimate, safe spaces on a quarterly basis, addressing an abundance of different topics that are often avoided. These spaces are for you to come with the questions you may have felt uncomfortable asking, a perspective you feel is being lost in the muck of society, and an open-mind to understand stories form those with experiences that differ from your own. It is only through truly hearing each other, getting to the root of why we think or feel the different ways we do, that we can expect to see a unity and empowerment for ALL women.

We don't always have to agree, but it is up to us to do the work to learn the true facts and no longer rely on the opinion of the "majority" to control how we move and who we move with. Come open and understanding that everything won't feel good to hear in these chats, but all will be necessary!

See you there!

**All proceeds will be going towards our Fuse Her Fly Youth Mentorship to begin in 2020! Thanks for helping address issues and allowing us to extend our FLY to the next generation of women!**
