Talk About It Tuesday's: Fear of Heights

We are exploring our fear of FLYing. Sometimes what scares us the most is the pressure that comes with claiming ourselves as artists, owners, chef's, consultants, etc. Once we put it out there, it seems like the expectation of proving you are that thing or capable of doing that job, can be terrifying. This will be an opportunity to deal with some of the fears we hold onto that we have disguised under the umbrella of "not being ready" and/or "procrastination."

What will we do about it? We are headed out, ladies! Gathering at Tapster, with drinks available for you to get some "liquid courage" because we are facing these fears, putting them to rest, and owning our claims as true "highfly(HER)s!" We will have some individual work, partner work, and some social media action happening, so come if you are ready to fuel your flight!

It can be scary to face fears and put ourselves out into the unknown, so once we are done, we have a solid period of time where we will just drink and play games to help with the nerves. Can't wait to see you there!
